IBM requires that Maximo clients remain in compliance with IBM’s licensing policies. If you purchased your Maximo software licenses, then you are required to pay an annual Software& Support Subscription we call “S&S”.

S&S is typically renewed annually and entitles the customer to services that are critical to maintaining a reliable Maximo system. These services include Maximo technical support, product updates/fixes, and access to new releases.
