Our Culture

The culture at Projetech is business casual. Although we are a professional organization, we are not the traditional organization. Our office is a tight knit family type atmosphere. We work hard and have fun together. Employees are expected to be self-directed, autonomous and reliable.

The Founder of Projetech, Steve Richmond, is a visionary who thinks outside-of-the-box and has the company continually pushing the edge. Student Opportunities

Projetech works closely with colleges and universities in the Cincinnati area. We attend job fairs at the University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University, Xavier University, Miami University (OH), Mount St. Joe University, Thomas More College & Cincinnati State. We are always looking for great students who have a passion to learn. Below are our now full-time employees that started as co-op students here at Projetech.
