End of the Year Processing Reminders for Maximo. Maximo has a number of year to date buckets that need to be reset such as:

  • Assets - Zero out Year to Date Costs
  • Labor - Zero out Year to Date Labor Hours - script needed
  • Inventory - Zero out Year to Date, 1, 2, and 3 years ago quantities
  • Financial Periods - Make sure you have periods set for the coming year, especially if you validate
  • Other Considerations: Tax Rates, Auto Numbers, Calendars, and Data for Integrations
