Maximo® On Demand Support (MODS)
Projetech offers a help desk support option that provides your team with access to our support staff of Maximo Experts. You may place a Maximo support request online, or call our help desk hotline. Our team of Maximo Experts will help you answer day-to-day Maximo usage questions and can also help you troubleshoot technical problems.
Many Maximo users struggle with issues of support for their Maximo system. Their IT departments have many competing priorities, and can only provide basic availability support.
